LGBTIQA+ Justice Without a Lawyer

What are your rights? Who do you speak to? Where do you go?

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Non-Binary, Intersex, Queer identifying and Asexual communities are at high risk of experiencing gender-based violence, discrimination and other human rights violations.

To mark Human Rights Day 2021, OUT LGBT Well-being, with the support of the Open Society Foundation for South Africa, has launched a useful booklet called LGBTIQA+ Justice Without a Lawyer.

The purpose of the pamphlet is to give you information about the institutions where a victim/survivor can report violations and get assistance, without the need for a lawyer.
